Somatic Yoga Workshop

This two-hour workshop with Ayesha Shahram will combine the principles of somatic yoga with the exploration of the chakra system as it relates to the four classical elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.

During our time together, participants will engage in mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation designed to enhance their awareness of bodily sensations and energy flow, fostering a holistic connection to their physical and emotional well-being.

This workshop is designed for individuals of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned

practitioners, who are interested in exploring the mind-body connection and enhancing their personal practice.

Ayesha brings to our community her expertise as a 200hr registered yoga teacher, public health educator and holistic wellness coach specializing in menopause and perimenopause.
