Golden Hour Gatherings

Join Ali & Nicole once a month this summer for Golden Hour Gatherings - a soulful outdoor series inviting you to slow down, connect, and savor the season’s sweetness.

Each month, we’ll cap off a week in a different Columbus metropark during the most magical time of day, golden hour - when the sun softens, the air cools, and the dwindling light through the trees encourages a deeper presence.

We’ll center with a nourishing vinyasa flow then as we walk through the woods, we’ll explore forest bathing techniques as well as take moments of pause to experience revitalizing breathwork with the trees and be with what’s around us & within us. As the sun dips lower, circle up for a shared snack, building connection in community, under the open sky.

Bring a dip or dish to share if you feel inspired (& let us know so we can coordinate!) or simply come as you are and enjoy a cold Take Car Tea Co iced tea & some snacks + the warmth of food & fellowship.
