This deeply calming class combines Restorative Yoga with a live sound bath creating a nurturing space to reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. You'll be supported by props like bolsters blankets and blocks as you settle into gentle passive poses—no effort required.
As you rest you'll be bathed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. These sound vibrations help quiet the mind release tension and promote deep relaxation from the inside out.
