Lewes Guided Walk - Battles and Bonfires
Take a 90 minute tour round historic Lewes . Learn the history behind the biggest fireworks night in the country . Find out about William De Warenne , the Norman warrior who transformed the town . Discover the ruined Cluniac monastery of St Pancras , where a battle for democracy was fought 750 years ago. Learn about Henry VIII and how his search for a son led to death and destruction in Lewes during the reign of "Bloody Mary".

Tickets for the tour are £8 each and you can pay on the day by cash or card - children go free .
