Take a pause in your week to breathe, soften, and center through simple meditation practices. This complimentary class offers a peaceful, welcoming space to turn inward while meditating together in community—whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice.

Good to know:
• All are welcome—no experience needed
• In-person: bring a mat
• Online: find a comfy seat and a quiet spot
