Through intentional movement, you’ll ground your presence, open your hips, expand your chest, and illuminate the energy of Metta—loving-kindness—as a means to land fully into the essence of gratitude.

Live music and a gentle breath practice weave in at the end to create a soothing and uplifting field of integration and peace. You’ll leave feeling nourished, centered, and deeply rooted in appreciation—ready to move into the season with an open and grateful heart.
