Nourishing Slow Flow, Live Music & Gentle Breathwork

Join us on the eve of Thanksgiving for a special workshop designed to soften you back into yourself. This gentle, spacious slow flow offers time to unwind the buildup of the week—and of life itself. Together, we’ll release tension, overactivity, and any lingering swirl in the body and mind so you can return to the wisdom and fullness of your heart.

Through intentional movement, you’ll ground your presence, open your hips, expand your chest, and illuminate the energy of Metta—loving-kindness—as a means to land fully into the essence of gratitude.

Live music and a gentle breath practice weave in at the end to create a soothing and uplifting field of integration and peace. You’ll leave feeling nourished, centered, and deeply rooted in appreciation—ready to move into the season with an open and grateful heart.

A native of this community, Emily Weer’s path has blossomed into a life devoted to the healing arts. Her offerings weave compassion, connection, and embodied wisdom—and it’s a true honor for her to return home to share this Gratitude Practice with family and community.
