11x 14 “Choose Your Own Design” Resin Art Class with Colored Resin
Saturday, August 23rd from 3:30-5:30 pm
Join us for an art resin class where you will design your very own 11x14 piece using mica powder to color your resin. You will have the opportunity to choose from a large variety of stones, glass, gems, shells, starfish, sand, charms and more from our “embellishment bar!” IF YOU WANT A LARGER FOCAL PIECE WITHIN YOUR FRAME, PLEASE BRING THIS WITH YOU OR COME EARLY TO SHOP!. Ideas include larger turtles, large seashells, or coastal metal wall art. Just remember that your frame is 11x14, so think proportionally.
You will learn how to mix and “DRIZZLE” the resin to complete your piece. We will assist you with our heat guns to help you create a “wave look” if you choose. Bring an apron or an old t-shirt and please leave your rings and bracelets at home.
There will be a variety of examples provided, but you are encouraged to be creative and customize your piece just the way you want it!
*When working with colored resin and heat guns, we cannot guarantee to exactly replicate any specific design. Resin self-levels and is challenging to control. Every piece will be unique!

Artwork does require a full 24 hours of dry time. A pick-up time will be specified in class. (Frame selection will vary based on availability.)

· When engaging in any craft or art project, you may be using tools and materials such as glue and heat guns, kraft knives, glass, shells, and chemicals (this list is representative, not all-inclusive and other tools and materials may be used). By completing this registration and payment, you agree to knowingly and freely assume all risk of injury or harm, both known and unknown, even if arising from the environment or negligence of the property owner, instructor, or other and you assume full responsibility and risk for your participation.
· Any special needs seating or other arrangements must be requested in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
If you are registering for more than just yourself, you must make your guest aware of all the information included in this registration.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a credit toward another class by Melanie and Ed Roche of M & E Creations if notified of cancellation at least one week prior to the class date. No shows will not be credited or refunded. Melanie and Ed Roche of M & E Creations will guide you through the entire process.
