FLF Obstacle run- Fundraising event for Guts UK

💙FLF OBSTACLE RUN💙

Our next fundraising event is this Sunday, 17th August……you don’t want to miss it 🙌🏻

Here’s what to expect:

We will run around 5km in distance, starting and finishing at Letham Glen carpark.

You will be climbing, crawling and everything in between using whatever natural obstacles come our way.

You will get wet & maybe a little muddy but that’s all part of the fun 😊

What to wear:

Sturdy trainers or trail shoes
Gym leggings
Long sleeved tech style top.

What to bring:

Full change of clothes
Towel
Water
Snack
