Kunst og Yoga dag

Vi inviterer til Kunst og Yoga dag på gamle Okkenhaug skole (Lille Thailand). Hold av søndag 25 mai til egenpleie og kreativ utfoldelse.

Inkludert i prisen:
- To yoga økter (med avspenning og meditasjon) med Yoga instruktør Trude. For alle nivåer.
- Lag ditt eget kunstverk med veiledning av Kreativ Coach Hilde. Ingen forkunnskaper nødvendig og alle materialer inkludert.
- Kaffe/Te og forfriskninger

Det vil bli lunsjpause, mer info kommer.
