The hourly events will be held on the north green space outside and the wellness/yogi focused market will take place inside the main lobby of Agri-food hub. Market hours start at 8 a.m. and will run all day.

*1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Family Yoga with Calm Kula
*2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Mala/Bracelet making with Mossy Island
*4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Headstand & arm balancing workshop
*5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Spicy Flow Vinyasa with Fire From Within Yoga
*7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Yin/Nidra with Jenna & Pop-Up Yoga
* 8:30 - 9:30 p.m. Sound Bowls with Jasmine from Karmic Souls
