Heart of Silence Retreat Day
This promises to be a peaceful day of heart centred silence which falls on international day of peace.
A day of rest and reflection in a space that is held by the quiet, nurturing embrace of silence.

It is only through direct experience that one can truly appreciate the benefits of spending longer periods of time in silence.
However, many silent retreats are from three to ten days long and this can feel daunting if you have never done it before.
This Heart of Silence Retreat Day is the perfect opportunity to experience the nourishment and wisdom that can arise from the quiet within and around us.
This event takes place in a beautiful barn studio with a private garden and heated swimming pool surrounded by woodland which makes it the perfect place for this day retreat.
Our schedule:
10am: Arrival and settling in.
10:15: Introduction and opening meditation
11:15: Mindful Movement & Walking Meditation
12:15: Silent Swim or time for Rest and Reflection in or around the grounds.
1:15pm Silent Lunch
2:15: Heart Rest Yoga Nidra
2:45: Silent Peace Day Ceremony
3:45: Refreshment Break
4:15: Closing Circle and Reflections around the Fire.
This retreat day is limited to just 8 spaces, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
