Autumn Equinox - Sound Meditation

The ultimate well-being experience that requires no effort on your part, you simply show up and lay down to rest.

Sound Meditations are deeply relaxing, restorative and refreshing.

This one in September will begin with a short guided meditation to connect us with the energy and significance of the Autumn Equinox, a day where the light and dark are equal and the wheel of the year turns from Summer to Autumn.

Whilst resting comfortably in the beautiful Kinsbourne Barn Studio, you enjoy the meditative sounds of the gong, singing bowls and other sacred instruments.
