Energy Healing Bootcamp All Inclusive Retreat

This is an immersive weekend of group healing designed to release trauma of any type, to break through limiting beliefs and consequent behaviour patterns, and an opportunity for attendees to become a lot more comfortable experiencing life in their own skins. More internal freedom, more clarity, and the discovery that there is always more to life, always, whatever circumstances we find ourselves in. Change IS inevitable and your work is done just by attending and having the courage to step out of what may have become a comfort zone, or a zone of perceived safety. Confidential, supportive and often deeply profound I would love to work with you. We eat well, laugh well and we may cry as we welcome in the changes. Sharing is optional and there is absolutely no pressure. Discussion and reflection happens as does focused listening. Dance too for those that wish to and connection with Nature and this beautiful planet we exist on.
