Lenoir Community Church is having our annual fall yard sale on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 7 am until 12 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be available to buy. Each space is just $10. The church will be advertising the event and putting up signs and flyers. Please read all the following before contacting us to reserve your space:
1. Each indoor space is 3’ x 8’ and may be rented with or without a 3’ x 8’ table (tables included with fee.) Two chairs per table will be provided. Specify empty space or table space when making your reservation. Outdoor spaces are approximately 10x10. You must provide your own chairs, tables, and shelter. Please note that you will not be able to drive stakes into the ground.
2. Large pieces must be moved with a hand truck or by suitable means so as not to damage our floors.
3. Nothing may be taped to our floors or walls without approval. We have tape that is safe for our finished surfaces for use.
4. All vendors must set up between Wednesday, the 10th, and Friday, the 12th. The building will be open from 9 am until 6 pm for that purpose. Spaces not set up by 6 pm on the 12th will be considered forfeit and offered to others who have asked for additional space(s). The building will be open to vendors at 6 am on Saturday to make final adjustments and prepare for opening at 7 am.
5. Payment for spaces must be received by the church by Friday, September 5th, or the reservation will be considered forfeit and offered to those on the waiting list.

6. Do not reserve a space if you do not intend to stay for the entire event. It is unfair to shoppers and other vendors, empty spaces discourage people to browse. We ask that all vendors be courteous to others and commit to the posted hours.
