Sunrise Stretch +

A reprieve from the heat is on its way! So let's enjoy a Sunrise Stretch this Saturday at the trail overlook by the Oak Shelter at Lake Lenexa. Just bring your mat and a beach towel. Option- pack a sack breakfast or your favorite morning beverage to enjoy after. Maybe stay and hike or paddleboard if you can; we are making a morning of it and would love to have you join us for any or all of it!
