First Friday Fall Prevention

To register for a free session, go to our website www.HCAMidwest.com/ClassEvent
Every session is free to attend! Join us as we discuss common risk factors and provide valuable information to help prevent falls and injuries. Each session will be at our Medical Plaza West building. Park in the parking lot, come in the glass sliding doors and take the elevator down to level B.
