Decklists are required for this event.

Everyone receives at least one booster pack for participating. Everyone (in order of registration, while supplies last) receives one Preordain promo. Top 8 receive a Death's Shadow promo. First place receives a City of Brass promo. Additional prizes depend on attendance.
