Karma Yoga

Join us on the first Sunday of each month for a special Karma Yoga for our community. This vinyasa style class will include a dynamic sequence of poses that synchronize the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This class is open level, all are welcome. This is a community offering; please pay what you can. All payments will be treated as a donation benefiting a local organization.

Sarah will be leading this offering! Sarah received her 200-hour training, as well as her Yin certification, from YogaSalt and fell deeper into appreciation for the lifestyle as a result. She enjoys the physical, spiritual, and mental benefits of practicing daily and believes yoga truly unfolds a deep sense of self-awareness. Sarah hopes to help others awaken a light within, guiding them to move through life with presence and purpose. When she's not on her mat, you can find her spending time with her cat, taking photos (she’s a photographer!), exploring nature, or cooking up delicious meals in the kitchen.

This month Unwined is supporting Mother Hubbard! Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard's mission is to serve the hungry in the Wilmington area through distribution of emergency food. This service is provided without discrimination by volunteers in collaboration with community organizations and businesses with care to preserve the dignity of the individuals served. With an awesome playlist, and a light hearted atmosphere, get ready for a great morning! Space is limited, so please book with care.
