Y9 Options Evening

We’re looking forward to welcoming Y9 students, parents and carers to our Year 9 Options Evening on Thursday 29th January 2026.

In Year 9, the National Curriculum prescribes much of your timetable; however, you have now reached the point in your education where you are able to select some of the subjects you wish to study at GCSE level.

At the Options Evening, you will hear from our headteacher and Year 9 team, and have the opportunity to visit all the subject departments around school. You will also receive a copy of the 2026 Options Booklet. This booklet will provide you with information on all the various subject areas and will help you to come to the right decisions about the next stage of your education.
