You can go completely at your own pace, which means you will never feel awkward or uncomfortable!
Suitable for all ages, come on - start living your best life!
A lovely way for families to enjoy exercising together - please book one ticket per person joining in the exercise. All children must be accompanied by an adult - any adults not participating in the exercises do not need to book a ticket.
