We are in the process of organising a charity fundraising weekend for Friends of Firs Park
In firs park on 19th and 20th July.
If you are interested in trading at this two day event for one or both days please register your interest with your page or website details.
(NO DOUBLE BOOKING OF SAME STOCK)
Terms and Conditions Apply.
Rental space fees are;
Previous Raggy Doll Events Vendors (free spaces)
Single day vendors £25
Dual day vendors £40
Single day Double space vendors £40
Dual day Double space vendors £70
Charities/ cic/ community interest groups FREE
No Refunds given if cancelled within 7 days of event.
Full refunds given if Raggy Doll Events Cancel Event.
Vendors will be sent a booking form and invoice from Raggy Doll Events, Invoices must be paid within 24 hrs of receipt or space will be offered forward.
All Vendors MUST HAVE PLI, Food Rateing, Risk Assesment (where required) own infrastructure.
Vendors will be given a set zone and map, each will be given a time to arrive, unload and remove car from park no exceptions.
Each vendor is responsible for clearing rubbish around their stall and removing it from site, anyone not complying will be banned from future carnivals.
Dogs are permitted but must be secure and on a lead, no dogs on the national banned breed list are permitted in the park.
Please do not feed the wild life.
Please do not enter the water.
Please keep children under supervision due to water safety and moving vehicles.
No smoking in the public areas please go behind your stall, this is more professional.
Toilets will BE PROVIDED.
All money raised is for the Friends of Firs Park,
To maintain the park and improve The Holocaust Memorial.
All raised funds to be used at Friends of Firs Park Discretion after Holocaust Memorial Is repaired and improved.
Working in compliance with Warrington Council, Charity Commission, HMRC.
