Join creative practitioner, Ayisatu Emore, as she shows you ways to customise a blank canvas (tote bag!)
Unleash your everyday creativity by designing a tote bag that’s totally you! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll customise your own fabric tote (provided by us) using fabric paints, dyeing techniques, and other playful materials. No experience needed - Just bring your imagination and get stuck in!

About Ayisatu Emore
Ayisatu is a community-focused creative practitioner with a passion for accessible, hands-on arts experiences. With a background in inclusive engagement and a love for bold colours and playful processes, she enjoys using Tie-dye, mindfulness and her Yoruba heritage to spark joy, confidence and self-expression. As part of the Everyday Creativity Festival by Everyday Wigan, Ayisatu will be leading a tie-dye canvas bag workshop designed to help participants relax, get creative, and leave with something totally unique. Her workshops are welcoming, easy to follow, and suitable for all experience levels – no artistic background needed! Whether you’re looking to learn a new skill, express yourself through colour, or just enjoy some mindful making, this is the perfect chance to get stuck in.

- We assume consent for photographs and video through your attendance at the festival.
