In Buddhism, the term ‘enlightenment’ represents our highest potential. It is an inner light of wisdom that dispels all suffering.

On this inspiring half-day course, learn how we can all realise that potential for perfect inner peace and become someone who can truly benefit others.

Kadam Chris Heyes is the Resident Teacher at Nagarjuna KMC Leicester, and brings 35 years of meditation experience to his teachings, making them powerful and incisive.
