This Thursday (17/07/2025), Dawn will be giving a talk on kindness and its importance in her day to day life and practice.

Kindness is a key part of the Buddha’s teachings and can be described as

‘a down to earth care and concern directed to all living beings equally, individually and without reservation’.

Dawn will be talking about the highs, lows and the downright hilarious ways she has worked on the development of loving kindness.
