Mini-Mindfulness Retreat & Garden Party

This afternoon of mindfulness activities will be fun and restorative and centered around the garden, using the garden as a metaphor for personal exploration.

Through journaling, guided meditation, a sound journey, creative exercises, and surprise gifts, you will feel nurtured and uplifted.
