There's no "right" or "wrong" in intuitive painting — it's all about the journey and the joy of self-discovery through art.

FACILITATOR

Maria has 13 years of experience in holding groups for holistic workshops and retreats. She is a yoga teacher, university lecturer, and visual artist. She graduated from the Centre for Systemic Constellations, the oldest institution in the UK for Family Constellations. USEFUL INFO

We will have a 20-minute break. Light refreshment is provided and accessible throughout the session. All materials are included and participants can take their creations home.

Please note, there is no lift in the building so, unfortunately, this event is not wheelchair accessible.
