Communication For Me
Communication is key in everything we do in life, but sometimes we let fear, anxiety and lack of confidence get in the way. This workshop is designed to show carers and ex-carers how to communicate effectively and be the best we can. It will be a fun and interactive workshop, taking the stress out of communication.
