Join us for a fun-loving, sweat-inducing, strength-building, speed-chasing workout with the LakeFront Runners crew.

Each session features running drills to improve form, intervals with active recovery, and strength exercises to power up your stride. Whether you’re training for a race or just looking to get faster and stronger, this midweek session is for you.

All paces welcome. Come ready to move, push, and have a blast!
