LiFT - Relationship Workshop for Parents & Teens
Come join us at Kiln for a special workshop designed to strengthen the bond between parents and teens. This free in-person event will provide valuable insights and tools to enhance communication, trust, and understanding within your family. Teens and their trusted adults will learn tools to help them feel more comfortable navigating tough topics, such as relationships, sexuality, values, and media use. Don't miss out on this opportunity to LiFT your relationships to new heights!
This workshop is available to parents/guardians or grandparents who would like to attend with at least one teen! It will be facilitated by certified relationship educators with over 10 years of experience!

LiFT is an evidence-based program designed for parents and teens, with the goal to improve communication and trust. It was created from research focused on parent-child connection and positive youth development. Some of the values that are present in the curriculum are family connection, family diversity, strengths-based, and trauma-informed.
