2025 marks the inaugural year of the US Equestrian Open Eventing Final, taking place at the Morven Park International & Fall Horse Trials. Additionally, Morven Park will be home to the USEF/USEA Developing Horse Eventing National Championships and the USEF National Championships League Finals.
Welcome to the sport of eventing! Like a triathlon, eventing features three different equestrian disciplines: dressage, show jumping, and cross-country. Each phase demonstrates the grace, bravery, and athleticism of the horse/rider combo, fully embracing the definition of a well-rounded athlete. Although the competition is divided into a number of skill levels, one of the remarkable things about the sport is that men and women of all ages compete head-to-head.

Morven Park has been host to recognized Horse Trials since 1973, under the direction of cavalry master Major John Lynch and the Morven Park International Equestrian Institute. Today, we are proud to continue this legacy and host the Morven Park International & Fall Horse Trials. As one of six venues in the United States to hold a CCI4*-L competition (the same level of competition at the Olympic Games), we invite competitors and spectators to enjoy the exciting, multi-phase discipline of eventing at all levels.
