Step into deep restoration with this 90-minute class designed to soothe your nervous system and calm the mind. Begin with a gentle, stress-relieving flow and stretch to release tension and open the body. Then settle into an extended savasana for a 45-minute sound bath, where a meditative soundscape will guide you inward. Let the vibrations wash over you, helping you feel grounded, clear, and renewed. Perfect for all levels — come as you are and leave feeling restored.


Meet Your Instructor Jacob:

Jacob’s journey into yoga practice began in 2020 when he was searching for a way to alleviate lower back pain, sciatica, and general inflexibility in his body. After some period of regular practice, Jacob began to notice more than just changes in his body, but in his mind and heart as well; yoga has become an essientail part of his life! Through Jacob’s healing journey he has developed a desire to share what he’s learned (and will continue to learn!) along the way. He recently moved into the area from Oklahoma and has felt nothing but loving and welcoming energy from Megan’s Yoga Tribe and is proud to begin his teaching journey with this community. His classes will be focused around cultivating a restorative and calming space to explore and heal ourselves. Jacob also plays singing bowls and drums and enjoys incorporating them into his classes.
