Join me for a Rest and Restore Yoga class at Genesis!

This class is open to non-members, just stop by the front desk when you arrive to fill out a quick waiver.

About Restorative Yoga:
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, floor-based practice designed to calm your mind and body. Every pose is supported with props (like pillows and blankets), allowing you to fully rest and let go of tension. This style of yoga encourages the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of your body that helps you rest, digest, and restore, making it the perfect way to unwind after a long day.
