Join us for Mindful Yin Yoga with Amber. This class is all about holding poses for long periods of time, following your breath, and calming your mind. Perfect for all levels. Join us for this new class Sundays (except 2nd Sundays) at 10:30am for 75 minutes of blissful stretch & stillness.
