This breathwork session provides a private space for men to release tension, build resilience, and reset.
Through guided breathing techniques, you’ll learn how to shift your body out of the “fight or flight” response and into deep relaxation, allowing you the opportunity to reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity.
Your guide, Justin, is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Co-Founder of Rising Phoenix Breathwork. He combines conscious breathing with Reiki to support your healing, growth, and overall well-being.
Please note, men are encouraged to come to all sessions. This session is tailored to men, focusing on reducing anxiety and promoting overall well-being. This container is a safe place for men to release and process.
What is Breathwork?
How you breathe affects your entire body. Breathwork is an ancient and powerful healing modality. The styles of breathing we facilitate encourages healthy breathing, which can improve sleep, lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, boost performance, and increase your overall sense of calm and happiness. Come to a couple classes and you’ll see huge benefits in your overall wellness.
