With the Wisdom Circle, we will create sacred space together to form a powerful container, in which to share and honour our stories, and the wisdom of those experiences.
The circle acts as a mirror, and reflects the continuing cycle of a timeline, which as a collective, we have each lived, are living, or yet to live.
Sharing in this way can help us feel less alone, and even dissolve fears of the unknown. It creates unity and bonding that opens and fills our hearts with a deep understanding and compassion for one another.
It is a chance to express, release, and receive, in a safe space, without judgement or misunderstanding.
There is a strength we build in circle that breaks down barriers, and is deeply nourishing and supportive, which can help us navigate our human experience with more clarity and perspective.
The space will be held by Jazzalina, to offer intuitive guidance and care of the movement of energy. But ultimately, we will be holding space for one another with our presence in whatever unfolds.
The theme for this circle is going to be
"The Places that have not known Love"
Inspired by Francis Weller's work and the "5 Gates of Grief "
"The Places that have not know Love" is the 2nd Gate of these 5
Second Gate: The Places that have not known love
● Places in ourselves never touched by love
● Places wrapped in shame and banished
● Places lived outside of compassion, warmth and welcome
● Parts that we hate in ourselves and hold in contempt, that we deny the healing
salve of community
● Outcast portions of our soul appearing as addictions, depression, anxiety and
other symptoms calling for our attention.
"These neglected pieces of our soul live in utter despair. What we perceive as defective in ourselves, we also experience as loss. The proper response to any loss is grief, but we cannot grieve for something we feel is outside the circle of worth"
Let us come together as the balm of community and lovingly welcome all parts of ourselves into the circle of worth, and share the wisdom of our experiences
I look forward to being with you, and holding the space for what unfolds and wishes to move through us.
