Family Constellations workshop with Lisa Morse and Caragh Walsh
Family Constellations Workshop

Come join us for a transformative day of healing and connection with your ancestors.

Through Family Constellations and Ritual, we will delve into the depths of your family history to uncover hidden dynamics and bring about healing and resolution.

This in-person event offers a safe space for you to explore your ancestral roots and gain insight into your present relationships and challenges. Don't miss this opportunity to honour your lineage and experience the power of ancestral healing firsthand.

So what is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is soul work.

It is a powerful method for bringing to light unconscious patterns and blocks, energetic stagnations and hidden loyalties that exist within your family system. These ‘knots’ often show up as problems in partnerships, in our creativity or perhaps in our relationship to money or to ourselves – the list of issues this work can address in endless.

What does a Family Constellation Workshop look like? How it works:

Through family constellations we create a living map of the issues that you bring. A workshop is usually done is small groups. A participant will bring an issue to work with, for example problems with partners or parents, illness etc… they will sit next to the facilitator/s who will interview them about the issue. The facilitator will be looking for patterns and beliefs that the client holds and will begin to get a picture of what in the system may be influencing the client.
For example, if a client wants to explore an issue with illness, they would be asked to select someone to represent themselves, and another person to represent the illness. From there an exploration of the issue can begin. Other representatives may be brought in to represent mothers/fathers/partners etc depending on the client’s circumstances.

From the group, individuals are chosen to represent members of the system. As a representative you will be able to feel and experience the emotions and sensations of the person you are representing (just for the period that the constellation is running). You will be asked about sensations, feelings towards other representatives etc to gather information around the issue that will help to loosen any blocks to stuck energy in the family system.

Whether you are a representative, an issue holder, or part of the holding circle, each constellation will offer you a gift of insight or a catharsis etc…this is work we do together for each other. It is work that offers real potential for healing and growth, it ‘moves’ stagnant energy that can be responsible for dis-ease and disorder as well as creating a more fluid and natural order back to the family system.

N.B. Not every person in the group will be able to have their own constellation - However being a representative is often a deeply insightful experience. Many people report that, although they were representing another person's system, they found the experience personally meaningful and even transformative. Unexpected insights and important internal shifts can arise simply from participating in this collective process.

This is a therapeutic approach and is not a therapy. The work is confidential and held in a safe and comfortable space.
