So, what if you could change that conversation; enabling customers to have fun, feel more motivated or become part of something, creating an opportunity for your business to stand out and attract customers.

During this 2 hour workshop you will learn about the 30 elements of Customer Value (36 elements for B2B customers) and learn the 'Hunt for Value' process. You will have the opportunity to benchmark your current offer, look at your competitors and start to identify potential opportunities to stand out.

About the speaker:

Janet Doran works with Solopreneurs and small business owners helping them to answer the question ‘How do we build a business that will stand out from our competitors, attract customers, and grow?' Since 2015 she has been providing business coaching and leadership development services before that Janet spent 20+ years in both Blue-Chip and family-run organisations, leading teams & delivering business growth.

The Start-up and Grow project is being delivered by Leeds City Council and Leeds Libraries, and is part funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).
