vALIGNtines is your Valentine’s Day, done differently.
We’re starting with a 45-minute Pilates flow to move, reset and feel good in your body followed by coffee/matcha and a charm jewellery workshop where you’ll design your own necklace or bracelet to take home. Think intentional movement, good energy, and a little sparkle — all included in your ticket.
Whether you’re coming solo, with your best friend or as a low-key Valentine’s date, this morning is about celebrating alignment over pressure. Move, sip, create and connect.
No Pilates experience needed.
All levels welcome.
