Time Well Spent Workshops

Time Well Spent is a series of workshops which aim to provide a time and space to think about the changes that occur as we age and develop a plan on how to deal with them. Previous work at Leeds Older People’s Forum highlighted the need for us to have a sense of purpose in life. Changes in life can uproot us and impact on our sense of purpose. We can feel anchor-less and unsure of what to do and at times who we are.

Time Well Spent is a three day course which provides a space to think about the change that may have occurred if it may be about to occur and provides an opportunity to think and plan what you’d like to do to spend your time well.
