Join me for this Saturday morning soundbath designed to gently melt away the week’s stress and bring you home to yourself.

Let the soothing instruments soothe your nervous system, calm your thoughts and open your heart and set the pace for the rest of the weekend. Whether your weekend is full of plans or space to rest, this hour is for you... to start slow, breathe deep, and realign.

What to bring:

Please wear comfy clothes. Although everything you need will be provided, please feel free to bring any special blankets or cushions.

About the venue:

Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue. Part of this workshop is floor based, please get in touch if you have mobility issues.

Please note: The event is not suitable for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl.pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.

About Your Host:

Eva Lake is a Holistic Healing Practitioner and Soul Doula for life’s big transitions. Holding a deeply nurturing, judgment-free space, Eva guides her clients with a variety of healing modalities so they can feel whole, empowered, and at home in themselves again.
