10–15 mins: Meet & Greet

Settle in, introductions, chat, and get comfortable.

15 mins: Warm-Up Exercise

Start with a playful writing prompt and a bit of sharing to loosen up.

Main Exercise (remainder):

• Guided discussion around a theme or prompt

• Focused writing time

• Optional sharing/performing your work (no pressure!)

Each workshop stands alone—so you’re always welcome, even if you miss a session.
