Men’s Sharing Circle & Guided Meditation

Brothers, it’s time to gather again.

In a world that rarely gives us permission to slow down, feel, or speak from the heart—this circle is an invitation to do just that.

To sit in presence with other men. To listen deeply. To be witnessed. To reconnect with the strength that lives in our stillness, our truth, and our vulnerability.

What to expect:

We begin with a short grounding meditation—nothing complicated, just a gentle drop into breath and body. From there, the circle opens.

Each man will have the chance to share whatever is alive for him—whether it’s struggle, celebration, or simply silence. There is no pressure to speak. There’s no advice given unless asked for. Just deep listening and brotherhood.

This is not therapy, its more ancient than that.

This is a space to be real, honest, free.

To be heard and to hear others.

To be reminded— we are all going through something.

Themes may shift week to week, but the intention remains the same:

to grow a strong, rooted community of men who support each other to show up more fully in their lives.

What to bring:

• Yourself, just as you are

• Water

• Clothing to stay warm (blankets and cushions are available)

• An open heart and mind

There is a small fee to encourage commitment and cover space hire.
