Connect with the deep and earthy drum medicine in this circle of rewilding and community.
Join Becky and Eva on an energetic and vibrational journey of rewilding under the rays of the full moon. Connect with the deep and earthy sound of the drum as we journey before joining in circle and community, for rhythm making and dreaming. We’ll fill our evening with drum medicine, accompanying percussion and maybe even our voices.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for anyone that is curious about drumming and perhaps exploring their voice. Through sound play, we’ll co-create an amazing opportunity to connect with yourself and your community.
What you will need:
Drums and rattles (we will have spares to share). Please dress comfortably and although blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring your own. Snuggly socks and anything else to make yourself extra cosy are always welcomed. Don’t forget to bring your water to stay hydrated.
More Info:
To begin, we'll guide you through a shamanic or reiki drum journey where you can meet with your guides and release anything that no longer serves you. Afterwards, we'll join together, in circle, where you will be invited to journey within, to encourage self healing, growth and a deepening awareness. There will be time for reflection and sharing but there is no pressure to participate in anything that doesn’t resonate. Come and play, or just come to listen to the drum, all is welcome.
Benefits of Drumming:
Nervous System Regulation: The steady rhythm of drumming helps shift the body from stress to calm, supporting nervous system balance and grounding.
Emotional Release: Drumming creates a safe space to let go of held emotions - anger, grief, or joy can be expressed and transformed through rhythm.
Deep Connection: It fosters a powerful sense of belonging and unity, reminding us we’re part of something greater - whether that’s a circle, community, or the Earth itself.
Mindfulness and Presence: Repetitive rhythm anchors the mind in the present moment, helping quiet internal chatter and enhancing meditative awareness.
Boosts Mood & Energy: Group drumming has been shown to increase endorphins and promote feelings of joy, aliveness, and vitality.
Spiritual Attunement: Many people find drumming brings them into deeper connection with Spirit, ancestors, or elemental forces - especially when paired with intention.
