As pressure on mental health services continues to grow, how can digital therapies and AI tools be deployed meaningfully—not just efficiently—to support better access, better outcomes, and a better experience for service users?

Join Northpoint, a leading VCSE mental health provider and our partners for a practical and provocative conversation exploring real-world innovation in the field.

We’ll share learning from two active programmes:
🔹 Our pilot and partnership with SilverCloud by Amwell, aligned with NICE evidence based standards for digital therapies, exploring how digital treatment interventions can be embedded in mental health pathways
🔹 Our collaboration with AireInnovate, using AI and automation to streamline triage, improve service navigation, and reduce digital inequality

The event will feature a mix of short talks and panel discussion, including opportunities for Q&A and collaboration. We’ll also discuss the ethical and operational considerations when applying tech to emotionally complex services—and how public, private, and VCSE partners can work together to do this safely and well.
