In this gently held group space, you’ll be guided by a carefully curated playlist designed to help you drop out of the mind and into your body, emotions, and inner world.

There’s no need for any art experience — this is not about making “good” art, but about allowing whatever wants to move through you to take form.

The studio is a no shoes zone.

Access- The studio is situated on the second floor of the Mill and there is no lift.

There is a free parking outside and next to the studios. Give yourself time to find a parking space.

Rebecca is a qualified Art Psychotherapist , Shamanic Energy practitioner and Reiki Healer . Her journey began in 2012 helping people use art to support their emotional and physical wellbeing, then advancing into spiritual healing.
