A Creative Workshop to Map Your Inner World

Using everyday objects, imagery and guided prompts, you'll create a “life space” image helping you see patterns, relationships and priorities in a new light.

Inspired by Gestalt practice, it’s practical, creative, and surprisingly insightful.

No art skills needed — just curiosity.

With a small group of 5–8 people, the atmosphere is calm, spacious and intimate - with thoughtful guidance throughout.

• Clarify what you want to change and why it matters.

What to Expect

• A short arrival exercise — a quick way to get present and shift out of “busy mode.”
• The Life Space activity - a guided hands-on creative mapping exercise conducted individually within the group setting.
• Time to reflect - both individally and as a group.
• Expert facilitation throughout.
• Light refreshments in a calm, garden-facing setting.
