Join Lisa English of Ember & Echo for a restorative Gong Sound Bath — an immersive sound experience designed to calm the mind, soothe the body, and awaken the spirit.
Allow the resonance of ancient gongs to wash over you — a wave of vibration to ease tension, clear energetic blockages, quiet inner noise, and invite peace.
The layered frequencies move through the body’s tissues and energy field, offering a sense of reconnection, a resonant invitation for your cells to return to balance and flow, designed to awaken your innate healing ability.
This is sound healing, an invitation to return to yourself through vibration, breath, and presence. You’ll be held in a space of sound and intention, gently creating room for release, clarity, and balance.
Please bring any items to make your experience comfortable.
Some yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided.
