Prairie Learning Community Day - bundle dyeing

We are a nature loving community based around family friendly learning and fun at Good Note Community Farm.

​9:30 am -> Join the ALL AGE community crew as we work together on morning chores: feeding the chickens, ducks, goose, and goats, collecting eggs, along with weeding and foraging in the garden. Every week reveals new treasures... asparagus, haskaps, strawberries, peas, saskatoons, raspberries, wildflowers... come contribute and enjoy with us!

​10:30 am -> bundle dyeing process begins

​12:30 pm -> community lunch pot luck

​2:30 pm -> collective clean up and reveal creations

​This week we are working on bundle dyeing. Bring an item made of natural fiber (cotton, wool, silk, hemp, bamboo, etc.) to dye and take home!

​Bring appropriate footwear and layers for being busy on the farm. Hats, water, snacks, and a contribution for the lunch pot luck while our creations simmer.
