Erich Trowbridge has returned to his home city of Columbus in an attempt to rescue his friend Cyle Pool from the clutches of the vile gangster Paul Cravo.

Little does Erich know that the Empire of Dust has secretly begun construction on a new army even more powerful than the first dreaded Sylvan Kin.

When completed, this ultimate army will spell certain doom for the small band of dwarfs struggling to restore freedom to the state...

Returning once more to the Boone County Fairgrounds in Lebanon Indiana (back in the 4H Annex). Bring your special War King model to lead your troops to victory!

Who will take the crown as the War King? Will Erich retain his title? Will the Dino-Lord rise from the ashes to take it back. Or will Jeff Franz once again surprise everyone with a victory. Or will it be someone completely unexpected?
