Spinstock Flow Arts Festival, a free, family-friendly outdoor event, returns to Coleman Memorial Park in 2025!
Spinstock features flow art performances by professionals from all over the Mid-Atlantic region. Each year, the park comes to life with sights and sounds of performers who dazzle attendees with what they can do with a variety of flow props, such as hula hoops, poi, ribbon wands, juggling toys, and fans, as well as dancing and martial arts, all set to music.
Festival Goers get to discover new hobbies with complimentary beginner workshops after every performance, and activity stations offering ribbon wands, hula hoops, and poi socks free for everyone to try. Spinstock’s famous giant super bubbles will be available all day, along with games, face painting, and a community art project all adding to the wonder.
Plan to spend the day. The large grassy fields at Coleman Memorial Park allow for plenty of room to set up blankets and chairs and take it all in. A shady picnic grove and pavilions offer a place to enjoy the offerings of our local favorite food trucks – or bring your own! There is abundant parking next to the festival grounds.
Fuel your flow with food for purchase at the food truck court. Island Thyme Grill will serve up an array of delicious food for everyone - including vegan and kid friendly options. Crazy Goat Coffee Company offers more than just coffee. Snowy Hawaiian Shaved Ice scoops up refreshing summer treats. You won’t go hungry!
For your shopping pleasure, a vendor marketplace features over 60 booths where guests can buy flow props, festival apparel, art and gifts including, macrame, crystals, essential oils, tapestries, glasswork, tie dye, candles, soaps, musician’s accessories, succulents, vintage items, wood turned items and so much more.
Spinstock is a free, family friendly event run entirely by volunteers. Each year, Spinstock is made possible by community sponsorships and grants.
